Simply Kept went above and beyond to completely organize our lives effectively and professionally. We had a corner (more like a closet) in our new home that we had yet to go through after moving over a year before. Merritt was very knowledgeable in available products to use in helping to create a method to the madness. She was able to help us purge quickly and keep what we actually needed and use. I had a wonderful experience with Merritt Chesson of Simply Kept. I was in need of a professional organizer to help me clear through some areas of clutter in my home. I'd worked with a couple of different organizers in the past and hadn't been satisfied with either. So, I reached out to Merritt after hearing recommendations from a local parents group in hopes of a better fit and more positive experience. Merritt is a lovely person and immediately put me at ease. She has a calm and peaceful presence and is nothing like the stereotypical type A high strung professional organizer. In fact, she really understood that organizing is an anxiety provoking activity for me and she was helpful in providing an opportunity to talk through it and process as we worked. I ended up using her for 12 hours, broken up into more manageable (for me) chunks of 3-4 hours. It's definitely an investment but it was well worth it for me. I highly recommend Merritt and will be calling on her again soon for a refresher!

I needed to consolidate my home, move my home office to another room in the house, empty out a room and open up significant cabinet space in my kitchen. I am not one who enjoys packing/moving because I find it extremely stressful! Merritt showed up and what a life saver! She calmly and efficiently assessed the situation, appropriately prioritized tasks and checked in with me about multiple storage and space-saving options. Once we decided upon an action plan, she suggested a series of tasks that I could do to quickly make progress while she moved my entire office, consolidated and reorganized my kitchen and went to the store to pick out, buy and assemble items to help with storage. All of this took place within a matter of hours! Merritt was such a calm, collected presence, but very fast to get things done! I highly recommend her for your home or office reorganizing needs.
